FLORA LIGHT
Light spread is for people who still want to get the essential good fats, but also want to cut down on the overall amount of fat in their diet. It is rich in polyunsaturated fats, a source of omega 6 and contains 40% less fat than butter.
In fact, one serving of Flora Light contains just 1.2g saturated fat compared to regular butter which typically contains 5.4g.
